At Corsham ASC there are 2 types of membership payments: an Annual Membership fee plus a monthly cost covering swim sessions.
For new members, the first trial swim session is free.

Payment for Swim Sessions 2023
– ‘Learn to Swim’ group – sessions are paid monthly at a cost of £18.50, payable by the 7th of the month.
– Squad Groups: Development/Juniors/Seniors/Masters – sessions are paid monthly at a cost of £18.50 per month for one session a week, £27 for two sessions or £40.50 for three sessions. payable by the 7th of the month.
Session payments should be made by BACS clearly stating the INITIAL and SURNAME of the swimmer to avoid any confusion, and unused sessions cannot be refunded. The monthly payments are calculated on the number of yearly sessions divided into twelve equal costs. There may be some months with more or less sessions due to holidays or galas however payments should not be adjusted as this was taken into account when the fees were calculated. Please use the following labels for any BACS transfers that are not monthly session payments:

- Name of swimmer and MEMBERSHIP for the annual membership payment
Any payments for galas, open meets and club championships will have a specific reference that will be communicated when payment is requested.
Due to the high quantity of payments the club has to process each month is it vital that all transfers are clearly and correctly labelled.

Signing In
All swimmers will be required to check in with their coach on arrival at the pool. This is for the swimmers’ own safety; it also ensures Corsham ASC carries out the correct procedures under its Health and Safety policy.
SWIMMERS WILL NOT BE ABLE TO SWIM UNLESS THEY HAVE PAID AND SIGNED IN. ANYONE IN THE POOL WHO HAS NOT PAID OR SIGNED IN WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
WE ASK PARENTS FOR THEIR SUPPORT, AS THE SWIMMERS ARE NOT INSURED UNLESS THEY HAVE PAID.
